Jesus' birth

This week we had the task of creating a piece of art around the nativity scene and so in this presentation I have told the whole story behind Jesus' birth. I think I did pretty well telling the story but next time could go more in depth.

How do Catholics celebrate Christmas?

W.A.L.T..... Describe what Advent means to Catholics and how we celebrate it.

I think I achieved the success criteria by going out of my comfort zone and using different websites to come up with this slideshow and i really like this slideshow.

            

A Christmas Save

   This week's writing task was to write about a Christmas advert and I decided to do it in a newspaper clipping.  I think I did okay but could do better in writing and make it more in depth.

Using factors of factors

     

W.A.L.T.. Solving multiplication and division problems using factors of factors.

This week we learnt a new strategy to solve hard multiplication and division problems, I found this strategy very confusing at first but as I got used to it I found it quite easy.

Force and Motion keys

    The thinkers keys for Force and Motion.

I had fun doing these literacy keys and learning different things about force and motion and other subjects that go into force and motion.

Camp

       Camp this year was a lot of fun and I'd like to thank the teachers, parents and our principal for making this happen. The best part of camp was getting to know everyone a lot more. 

Decimals

  W.A.L.T.. Identify how many tenths,hundredths and thousandths in decimal numbers

Also how to add and subtract decimals.

I have learnt a lot about adding and subtracting decimals next time maybe I could add images in my presentation.
